003: Safety Cow (night)
LOCATION: In a place where lots of pedestrian traffic accidents occur. The idea is that drivers see a safety conscious cow trying to cross the road and slow down. Hopefully they won't notice it so much that they lose concentration of the road and drive on the pavement.
